"Zaharenia" is a beautifully renovated family maisonette that seamlessly combines modern comforts with the charm of traditional Greek village life. This spacious 120-square-meter, two-floor home is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking an authentic yet relaxing escape in the heart of Corfu’s northwest.
Located in the picturesque village of Avliotes, the house offers the perfect base to explore the stunning coastline, charming villages, and local culture that the area is known for.
The ground floor features an open-plan layout, creating a warm and inviting space to gather and unwind. The fully equipped L-shaped kitchen, complete with a central island, flows seamlessly into the living and dining area. Large doors open onto a private outdoor patio, where you can enjoy meals or morning coffee surrounded by the tranquillity of the village. A convenient WC and a storage room are also located on this level.
The upper floor is home to three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a main bathroom:
Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious split king-size bed (1.80x2.00m), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with a mirror.
Second Bedroom: Functions as both a cozy lounge and a sleeping space with a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed, along with storage furniture. This room, along with the master bedroom, opens onto a balcony offering breathtaking views of the countryside and the sea.
Third Bedroom: Includes two single perpendicular bunk beds, a desk, and a wardrobe—perfect for children or additional guests.
The main bathroom is equipped with a wet shower, sink, and toilet.
